Cap-it will dispatch most orders through Australia Post. All postage is tracked and all orders are processed within 3-5 working days of confirmed order, then sent via Australia Post Standard Delivery. All orders are tracked, and the tracking number will be provided to you via email once your order is dispatched.
Very rarely, Australia Post may misplace items sent through their system. If your order does not arrive, please contact us direct to discuss your options. Generally, we will provide you with proof of posting, along with a tracking number. We will also contact Australia Post on your behalf to assist in locating the item for you.
